These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MuseAI app. Please read them carefully — they include important information about AI-generated content, age requirements, subscriptions, and your rights and responsibilities.

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using MuseAI, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use MuseAI. You must be at least 18 years old to enable adult content and access any mature or suggestive (18+) content.

You confirm that the date of birth and other information you provide are accurate. Providing false age information is a breach of these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service and AI-Generated Content

MuseAI provides fictional AI companions for entertainment. Companions are not real people, and their messages, images, and voices are generated by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable, and may not reflect real facts or our views. It is not professional advice of any kind (including medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice). Do not rely on it as such, and seek a qualified professional for important decisions or if you are in crisis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MuseAI to create, request, or share content that is illegal; that sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse in any form; that harasses, threatens, defames, or violates the rights or privacy of others; that depicts real, identifiable people in sexual or non-consensual contexts; or that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.

You also agree not to attempt to bypass safety or age controls, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the app or its systems.

Your Content and Licenses

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as messages, prompts, companions, and uploads). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to submit it. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and the policies of our AI providers, you may use the images and text generated for you within the app. Generated content may not be unique and similar outputs may be produced for other users.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Ads

MuseAI offers optional paid subscriptions (such as Ad-Free and Premium). Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app-store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices may change with notice as permitted by the app stores. Except where required by law or app-store policy, payments are non-refundable. The free tier may display advertisements.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or us. You may stop using MuseAI and request deletion of your account at any time.

Disclaimers

MuseAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuseAI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MuseAI and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content or your misuse of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of MuseAI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
